In Tasmania, we often hear from our regional customers and community members that it is difficult to buy fresh Tassie Salmon in their local area, so we thought we should do something about it. From April 2018. “Julie” The Salmon Truck will start travelling to regional areas of Tasmania to increase access to local, fresh Tassie Salmon.
In addition to carrying a large range of fresh Tassie salmon products, The Salmon Truck staff will be able to answer your questions in relation to the Tasmanian Salmon Industry as well as supporting local and community events across the state. The Truck is affectionately named “Julie” in memory of a much-loved team member that passed away from cancer in 2016.
